Description
- Application Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of end-to-end
application architectures, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable. - Design solutions for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product
managers, developers, and other functional teams to gather requirements and
translate business needs into technical solutions. - Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their
potential impact on application solutions, including new frameworks, platforms,
and tools. - System Integration: Design solutions for integrating applications with existing
enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services (APIs, microservices). - Performance Optimization: Ensure the design of applications supports high
availability, low latency, and high performance. Identify and resolve application
bottlenecks or inefficiencies. - Security & Compliance: Design applications with a focus on security, ensuring
solutions are protected against potential vulnerabilities and comply with regulatory
standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). - Cloud Integration & Migration: Architect cloud-based solutions and lead cloud
migration efforts, ensuring applications are optimized for cloud environments
(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in development and
application delivery processes, using methodologies such as Agile or DevOps to
promote faster, more efficient development cycles. - Application Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire application lifecycle from
design through development to deployment and maintenance, ensuring
applications are built with longevity and scalability in mind. - Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain architecture documentation, ensuring clarity in technical requirements, design specifications, and coding standards.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Work with QA teams to ensure application testing is thorough and that the application architecture supports efficient automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cost Management & Efficiency: Help manage the total cost of ownership of application solutions, ensuring they are cost-effective while meeting performance and scalability requirements.

Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of application design patterns, software
development methodologies, and modern technologies (e.g., cloud platforms,
microservices, containerization, RESTful APIs). - Application Development Frameworks: Expertise in one or more application
development frameworks such as .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar. - Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and
architectures, including serverless computing, containers (Docker, Kubernetes),
and cloud-native application development. - Software Integration: Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations
between applications and third-party systems via APIs, microservices, or
middleware. - Security: Deep understanding of security best practices for application
development, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and vulnerability
management. - Agile/DevOps: Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps
practices, particularly related to continuous integration/continuous delivery
(CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing. - Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to
present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and lead cross-
functional teams. - Experience: With at least 8 years in an architecture or leadership role
