Description
- Directly reporting to Solutions Consultant Lead
- Building and integrating Cybersecurity and Network Solutions to meet the customer requirement
- Assessment in terms of IT systems architecture
- Solutions presentation. Bill of materials (BOM), and design creation
- Assisting with RFP responses and other project-related documents
- Working with Sales, Product and Technical teams to recommend solutions suitable for the customer requirement
- Continually researching current and emerging technologies
- Pass trainings and certifications relevant for Cybersecurity and Network Solutions
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Vocational / undergraduate or College graduate of IT related course
- Experience in IT reselling and distributor is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, objection handling and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in IT engineering and architecture design for Cybersecurity and Network solutions
- Ability to do multi-tasking and work well under pressure, and deadlines
- High quality organizational skills
