Sr. Recruitment Specialist
- Implement an efficient and sound strategy in building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill/high-volume roles, such as but not limited to managing recruitment portals, social media pages, school/community partnerships.
- Ensure the company's brand/experience is consistent in the whole recruitment process;
- Ensure hiring managers are equipped to succeed in selecting the best candidates for their teams;
- Ensure recruitment service level agreements are met including dashboard update/reports;
- Ensure recruitment budget is thoroughly reviewed periodically and managed to fulfill strategic recruitment requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid experience in building talent pipeline - leading initiatives to partner with schools or government agencies to get a steady supply of talents for hard-to-fill roles or for those that require mass hiring
- Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment (sourcing to job offer)
- Expert in strategic recruitment and key recruitment metric analytics
