Systems Engineer
Description
- Directly reporting to AVP for Technical and Services
- Creation of Scope of Work (SOW) based on the approved network design
- Perform implementation or deployment services indicated in the SOW and make sure to finish without delays
- Responsible to submit implementation activities and other related reports to internal Project Team and customers
- Assisting the Presales Engineers for product demos of Proof of Concept (POC)
- Act as Level 2 Technical Support Engineers for special support cases
- Works with other Professional Services Team and Project Management Tea for a successful project implementation from start to finish
- Must undergo and pass trainings and certifications for improvement of knowledge and skillset
Qualifications
- College – IT related
- 1+ years proven experience in IT related, solution selling, IT reseller or distribution
- Knowledgeable in IT solution especially in Data Center, Network and Security, Collaboration solutions offering
- With hands-on implementation, installation, configuration, administration, and management of IT solutions for both onsite and remote including technical support
