Description
  • The Team Lead or Technical Support Supervisor supervises and guides the Technical Support Engineers in providing after-sales technical support to customers and ensures the attainment of the group’s KPIs.
  • The position provides technical assistance to Authorized Service Providers and handles the calls coordinated by Customer Support Representatives.
  • Direct, guide, develop, and motivate associates directly supervised and evaluate their performance.
  • Ensure that all in-house and onsite repairs are completed in accordance with the set KPI’s.
  • Ensure that the machines and defective spare parts are disposed of in accordance with the disposal policy.
  • Ensure the conduct of lectures and hands-on training to Authorized Service Providers.
  • Oversee the whole training process
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Electronics and Communications Engineering Experience.
  • 5 years related technical experience with one year in team lead/training capacity.
  • Must be willing to do training outside Metro Manila.
