Technical Support Engineer
Description
- Logs, monitors and updates support tickets
- Act as Level 1 and 2 Phone/Email/Remote Support
- Onsite Support for troubleshooting (if necessary)
- Conduct Appliance Health Check
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance Activities
- Handles General Services such as Cabling assistance, equipment checking and inventory etc.
- Operating at 24x7 Support
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- College IT graduate or Vocational Course
- At least 1+ year work experience in IT related Solution Selling Reseller/Distribution, Customer Support- operating at 24x7 operations
- Knowledgeable in IT solution setup especially for Data Center, Network and Security, Collaboration solutions offering
- With experience in hands on implementation, installation, configuration, administration, and management of IT solutions for both onsite & remote, including after sales technical support,
- Willing to work even beyond office hours and weekends to support customer requests
