Position title
Technical Support Engineer
Description
  • Logs, monitors and updates support tickets
  • Act as Level 1 and 2 Phone/Email/Remote Support
  • Onsite Support for troubleshooting (if necessary)
  • Conduct Appliance Health Check
  • Conduct Preventive Maintenance Activities
  • Handles General Services such as Cabling assistance, equipment checking and inventory etc.
  • Operating at 24x7 Support
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • College IT graduate or Vocational Course
  • At least 1+ year work experience in IT related Solution Selling Reseller/Distribution, Customer Support- operating at 24x7 operations
  • Knowledgeable in IT solution setup especially for Data Center, Network and Security, Collaboration solutions offering
  • With experience in hands on implementation, installation, configuration, administration, and management of IT solutions for both onsite & remote, including after sales technical support,
  • Willing to work even beyond office hours and weekends to support customer requests
