Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to IT professionals and effectively promote marketing content, products, and services offered by IT companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to IT professionals, including CIOs, IT managers, and network administrators.
- Present marketing content, products, and services from IT companies in a persuasive and engaging manner.
- Qualify leads and gather essential information for follow-up by the sales team.
- Document call outcomes, feedback, and any objections for analysis and improvement.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call quotas.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls made daily.
- Conversion rate from leads to prospects.
- Number of leads generated.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly lead targets.
- Adherence to compliance and quality assurance standards.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication
- Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
