Description
  • Manages the Finance Department comprising of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting & Inventory and Treasury Sections;
  • Reviews the Accounts Payable Vouchers (APV) that are Php100K and above;
  • Prepares budget, financial forecasts and variance report;
  • Provides timely and accurate rolling forecast to ensure the business is on track to deliver to budget expectations;
  • Prepares monthly and annual financial statements;
  • Prepares monthly and annual cash flow projection and analysis;
  • Prepares financial analysis as needed for capital expenditure, pricing decisions and contract negotiations;
  • Ensures compliance to government reporting requirements and tax filing;
  • Coordinates the financial statements and audit with external auditors;
  • Handles the recording, monitoring and reconciliation of transactions;
  • Responsible for the monthly and annual closing of books;
  • Responsible for the funding of bank accounts;
  • Reviews lease agreements and other contracts;
  • Prepares letter to Bureau of Internal Revenue for branch closure;
  • Prepares financial projections and presentations to banks;
  • Ensures that month-end procedures for all the four sections are executed and within cut-off;
  • Tracks the Company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
  • Presents the financial reports to board members, stakeholders and executives;
  • Establishes and maintains financial policies and procedures for the company;
  • Monitors the key result areas (KRAs) and performance of all Finance Department personnel;
  • Files important documents and ensures fast retrieval when needed;
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
  • Part of Mancom and Opcom meetings;
Qualifications
  • Licensed CPA
  • Experience in hospital / healthcare
