Description
The incumbent will lead the sales and marketing arms of the company and is responsible for conducting the advertising and selling of our company's products, generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements and promotional literature, developing sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare budget, execute plans, and coordinate with sales teams to meet the sales targets.
- Formulate sales and marketing strategies, programs and execute action plans by using different effective channels for promotion and marketing activities, resulting in sales growth and revenue generation.
- Ensure the execution of sales activities and marketing programs, track the progress and analyse the data to measure the results. Monitor the postings of advertisement to social media.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs and recommend new initiatives to achieve the company's marketing goals
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- University Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing Management, Digital Communication or any relevant program.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles of large corporates in the retailing or financial industry.
- Proficient in using Digital marketing techniques including different social media platforms
- Able to analyze and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing metrics/campaigns
- Able to execute sales and marketing strategies for different campaigns/launches/promotions of the products
- With strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, both in verbal and written
