Senior Civil Design Engineer
Description
- Lead Project Design: Drive the end-to-end design process for complex civil
engineering projects, from concept to completion. - Technical Execution: Prepare high-quality 3D and 2D design documentation
using 12D and AutoCAD. Your core areas of expertise will include roads, car
parks, earthworks, stormwater management, water, and sewer infrastructure. - Ensure Compliance & Quality: Guarantee all designs adhere to rigorous
Australian industry standards and client expectations. - Analysis & Estimation: Perform detailed quantity analysis to prepare accurate
Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates. - Innovate & Optimise: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to
troubleshoot issues and develop innovative, cost-effective design solutions. - Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly within cross-functional project
teams, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflows, and timely delivery. - Manage Project Scope: Proactively identify and manage project risks,
opportunities, and variations to ensure projects remain on budget and on
schedule
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a civil design role, with a strong
portfolio of Australian land development projects. - Expert proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian design standards and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
