Description
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist with recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment records.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR documentation (contracts, letters, confirmations, exits).
- Track attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Assist with creation of employee handbook and employee travel allowances.
Performance & Development
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Assist with training and development programs.
- Identify basic learning and development needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in payroll coordination and Employee Expenses.
- Ensure timely updates of salary, incentives, and deductions.
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support audits and reporting
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in an HR or people operations role.
- Exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
