Atty. Amanda Carpo
President and Legal Counsel
Atty. Amanda Carpo is the President and Legal Counsel of InCorp Talent Solutions. She assists business owners who aim to enter the Philippine market and administers legal advice on inbound foreign investment to local and international clients. Atty. Amanda specializes in business incorporation, taxation, real estate law, outsourcing/ offshoring (IT-BPO), and PEZA & BOI. She is also the co-founder of KMC Savills, a Real Estate Services firm, and KMC Solutions, the country’s leading Flexible Workspace and Staffing provider along with Gregory Kittelson and Michael McCullough.
Before the establishment of the entities mentioned earlier, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Philippines as a senior tax consultant lawyer. Atty. Amanda’s work experience comprises of foreign business transactions and inbound investments in the Philippines.
Atty. Amanda took her undergraduate studies in the University of the Philippines, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. She also acquired her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo De Manila University – School of Law.
