Lea Galera

Lea Galera is the Recruitment and Executive Search Director of InCorp Talent Solutions. She is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment and Executive Search divisions. Before the incorporation of InCorp Talent Solutions as a separate corporate entity, she was the Senior Recruitment Manager for Kittelson & Carpo Consulting’s Recruitment and Executive Search department.

Her area of expertise involves the use of different headhunting methods that allow clients to achieve their workforce goals. She also establishes relations with capable candidates, assuring them that their skills and experience are fit for top-tier vacant positions.

Lea achieved significant strides from her humble beginnings. Her career in the recruitment industry began with a BPO company where she managed volume recruitment for Operations and Support positions, such as finance and accounting, sales and marketing, IT and HR, and administration. Her transfer to Kittelson & Carpo (now known as InCorp Philippines) gave her a broader knowledge of different industries, handling rank-and-file to executive level positions. Her remarkable performance in the talent acquisition industry paid off as she currently leads her team of consultants at InCorp Global Talent Solutions.
