Duties/Responsibilities

1. Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
2. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
3. Making cold calls and present products to perspective clients.
4. Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
5. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
6. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
7. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
8. Managing team members and facilitating collaboration in the workplace.

Qualification

1. Meet Sales Targets – Monthly and yearly.
2. Meet/Visit clients on regular basis- Daily and Weekly itinerary.
3. Satisfy clients needs and requirements.
4. Proactively engage in client/customer prospecting – Look for new clients by preparing client database, scouting for leads, and making cold calls 20% of sales should come from new clients.
5. Measures effectiveness in understanding problems and making timely, practical decisions.
6. Measures how well employee complies with instructions and performs under unusual
circumstance; consider record of attendance and punctuality.
7. Measures how well this individual gets along with fellow employees, respect rights of other employees and shows a cooperative spirit.
8. Measures responsiveness and courtesy in dealing with co-employee, clients.
