For Hire: Account Manager in National Capital Region
Position title
Account Manager (IT Solutions)
  • Responsible in delivering company’s focused solutions and products
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Negotiate contracts and close projects and convert into sales revenue
  • Prepare and submit the progress of monthly, quarterly initiatives to internal key persons
  • Prepare and submit the progress of monthly, quarterly initiatives to internal key persons
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • College graduate – any related course
  • 1+ years proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or relevant role of the same industry (preferably I.T. related solutions)
  • Experience in handling midsize, SMB, enterprise or leading accounts from the top industries namely financial
    institutions, retail, and distribution, BPO, manufacturing and education
  • Experience selling software solutions/application, especially HR Solution (for this qualification, we can hire an HR Payroll Officer that has experience using HRIS, and willing to be train and part of sales team)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stake holders at all levels including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
