Description
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Cost Accounting: Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations (BIR compliance).
- Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
- Inventory Management: Reconcile inventory records with physical stock to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory contributions.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and BIR compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Filipino.
