Accounting Manager (Quezon City)
Description
- Develops and reviews accounting financial standards in financial accounting software.
- Monitors the accounting review journal entries, reconciliation and variance explanation.
- Ensures all accounting transaction are performed correctly on time
- Prepares and submits monthly financial report on schedule time to Headquarter and ensures the accuracy & correctness of financial report.
- Develops and reviews Financial and Accounting policy & procedure. Organizes training and prepares SOP(standard operation manual).
- Manages daily operation in finance, accounting and tax filing. Supervises the day-to-day operation of the financial department.
- Reviews monthly and annual tax report ensuring no penalty related to tax issue and meet the requirement of tax compliance.
- Reviews new customer financial report for credit limit and credit term.
Ensures appropriate financial control. - Cooperates with external auditors to carry out the annual external audit process.
- Other tasks assigned by HQ financial team
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Bachelors/Masters Degree Major: Finance & Accounting
- Must be a CPA
- Wide experience in the trading industry
- Above 5 years experience in related Tasks & Duties
- Accounting System Experience
- Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles
- Knowledgeable in End to End accounting process payable & disbursement
