Administrative Manager
  •  Office Management: Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment. Oversee office maintenance, supplies procurement, and equipment management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the administrative team, fostering a positive and productive work culture. Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess administrative processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, review service agreements, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Travel and Event Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for employees and coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Records Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of company records, files, and documents, ensuring compliance with data protection and retention policies.
  • Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and administrative tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing records and documentation.
