Description
  • Primary mandate: Personally lead the implementation of business systems, analytics, automation and practical AI—beginning with Accounting, followed by Sales and Marketing, then Manufacturing and PPIC.
  • Reporting line: Reports directly to the President/COO and works closely with the Accounting Manager/Controller, Sales Director, Marketing Associate, Manufacturing Director, Plant Manager and PPIC Officer.
  • Implementation record: Must have personally led or completed at least two end-to-end ERP, finance, automation or business-systems implementations—not merely supervised consultants.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Accountancy, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least eight years of total experience, including five years in ERP, finance systems, business intelligence, data integration or process automation.
  • Accounting knowledge: Must understand GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, month-end closing, inventory accounting, product costing, manufacturing variances, cash flow and management reporting.
  • Manufacturing exposure: Strong preference for experience in food processing, FMCG, export manufacturing, agriculture, warehousing, distribution or other inventory-intensive operations.
  • ERP capability: Experience with Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, Infor, Epicor or a comparable ERP. Odoo experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Legacy-system experience: Must be capable of assessing Company’s old Odoo/OpenERP system and recommending whether to retain temporarily, integrate, migrate or replace it.
  • Technical skills: Strong working knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, Excel Power Query and Power BI or an equivalent analytics platform.
  • Development capability: Working ability in Python or another scripting language, with sufficient technical depth to build prototypes, troubleshoot integrations and review consultants’ work.
  • Automation tools: Practical experience with Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath or comparable workflow-automation platforms.
  • AI experience: Must have implemented practical AI applications such as invoice extraction, document processing, management-report summarization, forecasting, exception detection or internal knowledge retrieval.
  • AI governance: Must understand confidentiality, user access, human approval, hallucination risks, audit trails, logging and security. Confidential company data must not be placed in uncontrolled consumer AI tools.
  • Leadership profile: Must be hands-on, commercially practical and comfortable working directly with accountants, operational personnel, department heads, developers and external consultants.
