Description
- Applications Development Manager will manage the Applications Development team and will work closely with Product Manager and Software Architect to ensure System Architecture and Design and Business requirements are followed on Applications Development Level will ensure that demands on both internal and external clients are met.
- Based on the overall Organizational Goals (Project/Process/People).
- Manage all individuals on Application development team which includes project related and 1-on-1 checkpoint
- Use the necessary documentation to monitor the KPI of individual among
- Application development Team
- Use the necessary documentation to monitor the KPI of Outsourced personnel
- Create a test plan and test case with detailed steps that will be compared on both expected and actual results. to produce quality softwares and applications
Qualifications
- Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Very keen to details. Can establish a good communication is a must
- People Management Skills -Expert
- AWS -Intermediate
- Java -Intermediate
- Resource Planning -Advance
- Communications Skills - Advanced
- Conflict Management Skills – Advance
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree with Relevant Experience in Leading
- Software Engineers (both Frontend and Backend) with deep knowledge of Software Engineering domain.
- At least with 6 years up Relative experience as Software Engineering Lead which includes Code Review, code commit, clean architecture, design patterns and System architecture and Design.
