Description
- Strategic Sales Development: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth in surface technologies and engineering materials.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; leverage findings to enhance product offerings and sales strategy.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers and industry partners, delivering unparalleled service and support while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and marketing, to align sales strategies with product development and market positioning.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and report on key insights to inform strategic decision-making; adjust approaches as needed to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sustainability Advocacy: Promote sustainable products within the materials sector, emphasizing the value of eco-friendly products and solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in material science or a related industry, with a strong understanding of surface chemistry and/or plastic/electronics industry will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Passion for sustainability and innovative technologies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
