Description

The Business Process Analyst will analyze business processes and workflows with the objective on how they can be improved or automated; bridges the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to the Execom and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of leading process optimization projects to successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, flowcharting, and process documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Experience with process automation and technology tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Friday with Saturday Half Day only.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
