Description
- Country Head Leadership, Supervision and Ownership
Engage and drive commodity team to drive to achieve group/company directive and Budget performance. - Monitor Inventory/asset management to ensure products and data is correct, accurate and with 5S compliance.
- Responsible to structure commodity team is executing and adhering to ensure smooth operations and statutory compliances.
- Drive commercial team to achieve significant market positioning in local country.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure all staff having right competency to perform as per Job Description.
- Build & Maintain Customer Rapport Engage customers new and old regularly by: - Organizing informal customer gathering, for sports, meals or other social meeting - Organizing formal visits and calls to customer to share new updates or initiate promotion proposals to commercial director.
- Payment Collection and Legal
- Provide company-prepared contract / terms and conditions for sale to customers for their signing.
- Engage credit control depth for situations where client is uncooperative with payments for sales/leasing projects.
- Data Input and Market Research
- Keep record on regional market accepted standards for foundation steel (especially sheet piles) to improve self-understanding of product.
- Ensure commercial team to update and maintain information within company’s CRM “P3” database weekly
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- At least 10-15 years experience in commodity
- At least 5 yrs experience in the steel industry
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationship
- Can monitor inventory/asset management with 5S compliance
- Experience in data and market research
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Critical thinking, leadership, data management, organizing and planning
- Strong leadership skills
