Description
- Lead, mentor, and manage the customer service or sales team, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, driving improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement and manage sales strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance team efficiency and overall service delivery.
- Prepare and present performance reports, using data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategic improvements.
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring adherence to company policies, while supporting team development and compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With more than 3 years of relevant experience gained from a BPO/Travel Agency
