Description
- Ensure customers & business efficiency and satisfaction by providing ICT support excellence
- Guarantee the local ICT services continuity by collaborating with the Digital & IT functions at local and group level.
- Capable to manage and evolve digital support to the factory and support the evolution of ERP and other manufacturing solutions.
- Support and be part of Project Teams for application rollouts, process changes, knowledge base enhancements / changes.
- Support the APAC Digital Transformation Director for continuous improvement opportunities and knowledge transfer of new application solutions or services.
- Keep KPIs monitored and accomplish the assigned target.
- Capable to manage the communication and the relationship with Company's VIP and End Users.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Workplace Management (minimum of 5 years’ experience)
- MS Windows OS (8, 10, 11)
- MS Office 365 Apps
- MS SharePoint/OneDrive
- Adobe/Autodesk Products (install/configure)
- General desktop applications (install/configure/troubleshoot)
- ERP and CRM applications
- Server & Infrastructure support and service (more than 3 years of experience)
- MS Office 365 Admin Console (Azure AD, ECC)
- MS Exchange on prem/cloud (mailbox management)
- MS Active Directory MS Windows Server (File Sharing, Print Services, DHCP, IIS)
- Infrastructure - Physical Servers
- Infrastructure - Virtual Servers
- Database (SQL, Access, etc.) access management
- Networking support and service (more than 3 years of experience)
- Networking - LAN / Wi-Fi (troubleshooting and repair)
- Networking - VPN (troubleshooting and repair)
- Networking - WAN (troubleshooting and repair)
- English knowledge: Competent (written & spoken)
