Finance and Accounting Manager

The Accounting and Finance Manager oversees all financial aspects of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Additionally, Supervise the accounting team and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to identify areas for improvement and support strategic initiatives.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation of tax returns and coordination with external tax advisors.
  • Cash Management: Monitor cash flow and manage cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate and oversee external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Financial Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance as a Manager, with progressive responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial systems and software, such as ERP systems (e.g., Odoo), is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
