Finance and Admin Manager
Description
A Finance and Admin Manager is a management role responsible for overseeing an
organization financial operations and administrative functions. The Finance and Admin manager is responsible for managing the financial and administrative operations of the company. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, managing financial risks, compliance, human resources, and overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization. This role requires a high level of financial expertise, strategic planning, and organizational skills to ensure the company’s operational efficiency and financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to
ensure the company’s financial stability and compliance with regulatory
requirements. - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management, board
members, and other stakeholders. - Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee banking
relationships. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g.,
GAAP, IFRS). - Conduct financial analysis and prepare financial reports for management to
support decision-making. - Lead audits, liaising with auditors, and ensure smooth audit processes.

- Supervise the finance team and manage the preparation and analysis of
financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow
statements. - Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general
ledger functions. - Ensure timely and accurate tax filing and compliance with all tax-related
requirements. - Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making
and long-term financial planning.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and administration teams to
ensure efficient and effective operation. - Work closely with the CEO/CFO and senior leadership team to set organizational goals and align financial and administrative functions with company objectives.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- CPA license is highly preferred
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in finance and administration,
with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. - Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory
compliance. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
