Financial Records & Financial Statements Controlling

• Reviewing and ensuring the financial statements of required periods which give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Company and the results of its operations and its cash flows.
• Ensuring that proper accounting records are kept, which disclose, with reasonable accuracy at any time, the financial position of the Company and ensure that the financial statements comply with country laws, regulations and the requirement from Head quarter as well.
• Supporting cross-functions by presenting and interpreting the relevant accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational matters.
• Working with Tax, Audit and other authorities and ensuring the company’s results are accepted under their point of view.
• Providing flexibility of data while maintaining integrity; to ensure management is supplied with information to assist in the stewardship of the company.
• Proposing the accounting method improvement. Control costs and prevent waste, propose solutions to improve operational efficiency for the Company.
• Negotiating to optimize transactions with banks/financial leasing institutions.

Standard Operating Procedure Maintaining & Amending

• Maintaining accounting policies, accounting procedures and continuously developing it to meet the requirements from country regulations and Head quarter.
• Identifying, monitoring financial risks and opportunities on a real-time basis, developing and initiating action plans to address identified gap.
• Providing guidance on accounting operations for subordinates. Training, supporting and ensuring employees to complete their work effectively.
