Description
- The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and the accuracy of financial reporting. They will be responsible for developing financial strategies, forecasting financial performance, and managing budgetary processes.
- The Finance Manager will provide leadership to the finance team, guiding them in financial analysis, risk management, and decision-making to support the organization's objectives.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial software/systems.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams, projects, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, translating financial data into actionable insights.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
