Fire and Life Safety Engineer/Consultant (Fresh grad to Managerial Level)

Key Responsibilities
As a Fire & Life Safety Engineer/Consultant, you will:
- Prepare Fire Strategy Reports – in accordance with NFPA, IBC, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and other relevant international standards.
- Review Architectural Drawings – assess layouts against applicable fire codes and highlight areas of non-compliance.
- Prepare and Review Fire Life Safety Drawings – mark up PDF drawings with a focus on means of egress, fire ratings of walls/doors, and code compliance.
- Develop Technical Design Notes – prepare formal design notes and clarifications to support project approvals.
- Review Fire Protection System Designs – check mechanical/electrical/fire system design drawings against NFPA, IBC, and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code requirements.
- Coordinate with Design Teams – provide clear, code-based feedback to architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in fire safety engineering, consultancy, or code compliance (fresh graduates with strong academic focus in fire safety will also be considered).
- Familiarity with NFPA Standards, International Building Code (IBC), and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code is highly desirable.
- Strong technical writing and report preparation skills.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar markup tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
