Description

Human Resources:

  • Oversee full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement attendance, performance, and reward systems.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation analysis.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Support management in building a strong, positive, and engaging company culture.

Administration:

  • Handle daily office operations including front desk, documentation, procurement, and budget control.
  • Coordinate and align with headquarters (China and Indonesia) on HR, admin, and finance matters.
  • Organize meetings, company events, travel arrangements, and team-building activities.
  • Manage office facilities, suppliers, and government-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead company culture initiatives to strengthen team collaboration between Chinese and Filipino staff.
  • Perform other administrative and management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Graduate Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Administration; 2 years acceptable if from an international FMCG or multinational company.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency or understanding of Chinese business culture is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
