Description
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on polices and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by presenting job descriptions, postings ads and managing hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development processes.
- Support management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Graduate from a bachelor degree or higher in psychology, human resources, behavioral science or any other related field.
- Proven experience as HR Officer or any other position.
- With a minimum of 3 years of working experience preferably at two different level of HR position.
- Knowledge of HR Functions such as but not limited to the following : pay & benefits , recruitment , training and development.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Outstanding organization and time management abilities.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
