HR Generalist

Description
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide counseling on polices and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by presenting job descriptions, postings ads and managing hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Develop training and development processes.
  • Support management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Graduate from a bachelor degree or higher in psychology, human resources, behavioral science or any other related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Officer or any other position.
  • With a minimum of 3 years of working experience preferably at two different level of HR position.
  • Knowledge of HR Functions such as but not limited to the following : pay & benefits , recruitment , training and development.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Outstanding organization and time management abilities.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
