For Hire: HR Manager for a company based in Taguig City
Position title
HR Manager

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible in assisting in the development of the firm’s recruitment strategy and making sure the company’s policies and programs comply with labor laws, and regulations. The position entails the management of new employee hires, processing of payroll and government
mandated benefits. Mainly, the Human Resource associated will focus on building a company culture that is in line with the firms’ values and objectives.

  • Creation of the firm’s employee handbook and code of conduct
  • Ensuring agreement and compliance of all employees to the company’s code of conduct
  • Create job descriptions as required by management
  • Create job postings to source viable candidates for company openings.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to source viable candidates for company openings.
  • Verifies candidates background by contacting references.
  • Perform pre-screening interviews with candidates prior to interviews with management
  • Drafting of Job offers and Employment Contracts
  • Assist finance in the payment of compensation and government mandated benefits
  • On boarding of new employees in relation to but not limited to company code of conduct, procedures, and benefits
  • Provides information by answering communications, referring special communications to appropriate person.
  • Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs.
  • Enroll new employees by issuing forms and applications, verifying completion.
  • Assists employees by explaining benefit programs.
  • Ensure employees follow all policies and procedures
  • Overseeing exit interviews and procedures
  • Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
  • Hiring and engagement of third-party contractors or consultants, if needed.
  • Performs all general administrative duties as needed with the approval of the immediate head
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to work and entertain queries outside of regular working hours.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human resource Role
  • Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Time management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in both English and Tagalog
