Description
This role will be responsible for overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans
- Managing and developing the Human Resources Team, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of HR services to employees.
- Developing and implementing human resources policies.
- Supporting strategic objectives of the company.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
- Motivating and supporting current staff.
- Maintaining staff records.
- Handling employee benefits.
- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
- Designing and directing training programs
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent.
- Preferably with law background.
- Minimum 10 years relevant managerial experience in all facets of Human Resources Management.
- Strong managerial competencies in the areas of organization and leadership development, coaching and mentoring and situational assessment skills.
- With excellent people skills and adept in dealing with people across the different levels of the organization.
- Superior judgment, negotiation and decision-making skills and conflict resolutions.
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and adept in interpreting strategic vision into an operational model.
- An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills.
