ICT Digital Shared Services Specialist
- Ensure customers & business efficiency and satisfaction by providing ICT support excellence.
- Guarantee the ICT services continuity by collaborating with APAC and Global Digital & IT Shared Services Team.
- Support and be part of Project Teams for application, solution and service rollouts, process changes, knowledge base enhancements / changes.
- Support the APAC ICT Manager for continuous improvement opportunities and knowledge transfer of new application, solutions, or services.
- Ensure that KPIs properly monitored and accomplish the target service level agreement.
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Professional experience in the role or similar: > minimum of 5 years.
- English knowledge: Competent (written & spoken).
- Workplace Management (more than 5 years of experience)
- MS Windows OS (8, 10, 11)
- MS Office 365 Apps
- MS SharePoint/OneDrive
- Adobe/Autodesk Products (install/configure)
- General desktop applications (install/configure/troubleshoot)
- Server & Infrastructure troubleshooting (more than 3 years of experience)
- MS Office 365 Admin Console (Azure AD, ecc)
- MS Exchange on Prem/online (mailbox management)
- MS Active Directory
- MS Windows Server (File Sharing, Print Services, DHCP, IIS)
- Infrastructure - Physical Servers
- Infrastructure - Virtual Servers
- Database (SQL, Access, etc.) access management
- Networking troubleshooting (more than 3 years of experience)
- Networking - LAN / Wi-Fi (troubleshooting)
- Networking - VPN (troubleshooting)
- Networking - WAN (troubleshooting)
