IT Support Specialist
Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, with expertise in network troubleshooting, user administration, and system maintenance. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret technical documentation effectively.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues using tools such as ping, nslookup, and
traceroute. - Manage and administer user accounts in Office 365, including creation, configuration,
and troubleshooting. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers.
- Perform Windows 10/11 system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Image and deploy laptop devices to ensure operational efficiency (experience
preferred). - Communicate detailed IT problem diagnoses clearly and professionally in English.
- Interpret and apply technical diagrams, policies, and best practices with 90%
proficiency.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Strong understanding of the OSI Model and its application in network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DNS and DHCP protocols and their configuration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficiency in English for technical communication and documentation comprehension.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic switch management understand Ports and setting Porting configuration.
- Basic WiFi troubleshooting ability run speek an d connectivity testing.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIcaA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus.
