Description
  • Supporting and contributing to the Product Team by helping them to identify, prioritize and build Marketing plans to grow the business in line with objectives
  • Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for business growth initiatives
  • Building brands that resonate positively with target markets
  • Creating customer value propositions which stimulate customer interest
  • Promoting our Company’s credentials through media, physical and digital communication channels
  • Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Producing marketing materials and tools which support business unit objectives
  • Developing marketing tools which help improve sales conversion and growth.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Develop and foster successful relationships with business unit for effective partnerships
  • Conduct a planning to ensure all opportunities and challenges are understood, solutions identified and that the relationship is being developed in a successful manner
  • Responsible for talking to potential customers via phone to introduce and offer the company’s product
  • Gather and assemble background information, analysis and business unit requirements as needed in development of creative briefs.
  • Other assigned tasks from time to time as the need arises
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 2+ years proven experience as Marketing Officer or Marketing Executive
  • With experience from an IT industry is an advantage
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Paid social media advertising expertise
  • Specific marketing channel expertise and sales skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Innovative and lateral thinker
  • Ability to develop strategic concepts and translate into actionable plans
  • Highly adaptable with ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Highly collaborative; Excellent teamwork skills
  • Knowledgeable with different social media platforms, SEO, Analytics, Email Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Relationship Management,
