The National Sales Lead will play a pivotal role in spearheading our sales efforts across all the regions. This position requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside our field sales teams.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in driving national sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Experience in construction or hardware products or related field is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field alongside sales teams as needed.
