Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Computer Network Engineer to maintain and enhance our network
infrastructure for an organization with up to 200 employees. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing daily network operations, troubleshooting, and implementing network solutions without formal higher education but with relevant certifications.

• Oversee and maintain the network infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware such as routers, switches, and cabling systems.
• Manage daily network operations, including monitoring network performance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Support Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, patch management, and operating system deployment.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, ensuring secure and efficient device management across the organization.
• Write and execute PowerShell scripts to automate routine network tasks, gather data, and manage network settings.
• Perform regular network assessments to ensure compliance with best practices and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with IT staff and other departments to meet business needs and project requirements.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior team members or other departments when necessary.
