Operations and Maintenance Manager
Description
- Documentation as per the requirement of the client.
- Over all coordination with the different department of Site employees
- Discussion regarding plant specific operations
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Keep track of materials and ensure procurement is done in a timely manner.
- Discuss and communicate all startup and shut- down plans before and after their Finalization
- Ensure communication of modification and plans of execution well in advance.
- Ensure proper manning of shifts
- Keep records of all compliances, take clearances and permits
- Ensure timely billing to the client.
- Maintain and track site finances
- Ensure that the Safety compliances are met in the site
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Graduate of any engineering course
- With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in field operation and maintenance such as STP
