Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Admin Assistant to support our project management team. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their career in project administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations by managing schedules, assisting in documentation, and communicating with stakeholders
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing project documentation.
- Documentation & Reporting: Assist with the preparation of project reports, documentation, and presentations; ensure all documents are properly organized and updated.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between project managers, team members, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and relay updates as needed.
- Data Entry & Tracking: Help track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Maintain accurate data records and keep project tracking systems up-to-date.
- Meeting Preparation: Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Resource Management: Support the team in coordinating resources, materials, and logistics for project-related activities.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as required to support the project team’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Fresh Graduate of any business course or any Entrepreneurship course
- Familiar with Business Proposals / Comparative Study
- Grasp instructions well
- Creative and imaginative
- Can do attitude and Assertive
