For Hire: Sales Admin Assistant for a company based in Makati City
Position title
Sales Admin Assistant
  •  Responsible in receiving and processing purchase orders
  • Responsible in providing quotations and information such as stock availability, delivery dates and prices
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices
  • Responsible in verifying orders including customers’ personal information and payment details
  • Responsible in dealing with customer requests
  • Responsible in maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Keeping track of sales targets
  • Updating customer databases and maintaining records
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
  • Responsible in contacting and answering customer queries via telephone, email, and face to face
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Helping customers through email and phone for keeping customers satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis
  • Prepares for the necessary reports and analysis needed by the company (monthly, quarterly, and annual reports)
  • Other assigned tasks from time to time as the need arises
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • College graduate – any related course
  • At least 1 year work experience as Sales Assistant, Admin Assistant, Sales Admin Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable in CRM software is an advantage (i.e. salesforce, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint)
