Sales Engineer - Unitary Sales
  • Promotes and sells Trane products and technical solutions to building contractors, consultants and designers that help to drive growth of HVAC industry in the market.
  • Builds and establishes strong working relationship with potential clients and existing customers to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and business contact.
  • Initiate to seek/expand selling opportunities that further support business targets.
  • Performs the proper sales and ordering processes and sales tools to ensure on-time project requirements, deliveries and project completion.
  • Negotiates for value by providing customers total quality product solution.
  • Develops selling skills further to gain more knowledge in selling the company's products and services.
  • Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Candidate must have (5) or more years of work experience in selling. Background and/or exposure on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industries is an advantage.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering course. Licensed / Registered Engineer is an advantage.
  • Computer literate with good scholastic records.
  • Knowledgeable on business ethics
  • Must have excellent communication and high practical learning skills and leadership traits.
  • Hardworking, result-oriented and self-driven team player with a positive attitude.
  • Having a set of accounts ready for the company is a plus.
  • Has willingness to render extended working hours from the usual office schedule due to the nature of the job or for some sales-related activities.
  • Has working knowledge in prospecting and developing accounts.
  • Strong technical aptitude
