1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Set clear sales targets, quotas, and action plans for the sales team.

2. Client Development:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify key accounts and opportunities for growth.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of service.

3. Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and enhance sales procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline the sales process.
  • Provide guidance to ensure adherence to sales protocols and compliance.

4. Team Management and Development:

  • Oversee both Accounts Agents (office-based) and Business Development Agents (field-based).
  • Identify training needs, develop programs, and ensure the team's growth in skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and dedication.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding in collaboration with HR.

5. Organizational Growth:

  • Establish a vision for the sales department in alignment with company goals.
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Collaborate with other departments for a holistic company strategy.
  • Manage the sales department's budget effectively.

6. Business Acumen:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
