Planning sales activities

  • Establish together with the President/Product Manager the Sales Target for the yeat by the Account , Salesman, Area, SKU, and overall
  • Develop effective sales plan to achieve sales targets submitted and approved
  • Use effective sales tools to come up with properly directed sales plans
  • Establish market size to determine market share objective
  • Historical sales numbers by key account and areas
  • Status of SKU VS Competing product
  • Strength and weakness of competition
  • Pricing competitiveness

Implement effective sales activity

  • Ensure strong sales organization of capable of pushing sales activities
  • Establish very close relation with marketing to ensure strong marketing support
  • Establish monthly sales objective
  • Establish monthly sales force routing to ensure maximum coverage

Review result of sales program

  • Regularly review and update all sales program to adapt to changing market condition
  • Constantly liaise with marketing on their need for marketing support.

Problem identification

  • Act as the front line in proactively identifying areas in:
    • Competitive activities
    • Pricing issues
    • Key account performance
    • Promotional activities

Solutions Provider

  • In coordination with the marketing act as the primary source of ideas to proactively solve sales problem

Report

  • must submit report to the president/Product Manager regarding
    • Status of sales activity vs timeline
    • Status of sales result vs budget by SKU, salesman , AREA, and overall
    • Sales result vs marketing plan

Annually

  • overall review of sales activities vs sales result for the year
    • Competitive situation
    • SKU performance
    • Area sales performance
    • Pricing competitiveness
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Preferably someone with Master Units in a field applicable to the job
    with 5 to 10 years of experience in macro business planning and decision-making.
