Position title
Senior HR Manager
  • Lead and drive Human Resource and Administration Department of AIP to deliver departmental key performance target (KIP) timely, efficiently and effective output. Be responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin not limited to:
    • Employee performance management
    • Time keeping system
    • Outsource agencies
    • Labour relations related matters include potential Union matters,
      Training and development
    • Employees’ Welfare
    • Benefits and Compensation
    • HR and Admin Policies and Procedures
    • Health and Safety
    • External Affairs
    • Corporate Social Responsibility
    • HR & Admin Legal and Contract matters
  • Statutory and local authorities regulations compliances
  • Other HR and Admin day to day related activities of AIP
  • Accountable for overseeing the attendance and disciplinary management of in-house and outsourced agency personnel (both Direct and Indirect), which involves managing a timekeeping tracking system and analyzing strengths and weaknesses to recommend corrective actions.;
  • Assist in meeting headcount needs through thorough planning and cost analysis.
  • Formulate, refine, and elevate HR and Admin operational policies and procedures in harmony with Group business objectives, and carry out their implementation.
  • Drive and ensure Safety & Health compliances and implementation;
  • Lead and represent AIP to deal with local authorities;
  • Accountable for ensuring compliance with statutory and local regulations, including business licenses and permits.
  • Create improvement programs and initiatives with measurable outcomes, ensuring they are implemented within the agreed-upon timeframe to enhance and elevate performance levels in your area of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate robust and effective leadership to foster teamwork, enhance harmonious human resource relationships, and address potential issues related to unions.
  • Responsible for external activities beneficial to the company.
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • At least 10-15 years of work-related experience.
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
  • With experience in Labor Relations.
