• Manage the team allocated in all the projects whether actively on-site or just in client
  coordination phase.
• Responsible in monitoring and reporting conditions of progress of all project.
• Daily monitoring of worker conditions deployed to projects whether physically or virtually (via means available to the company).
• Manage issues encountered on site by people deployed to the projects.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and other works throughout the execution of works of all
  contracts.
• Direct and collaborate with co-department members for any scheduling and paperwork needed for the projects.
• Accountable for

a) the customer satisfaction,

b) the respect of standard operating procedures, policies, guidelines and manuals,

c) the timely and accurate reporting of attendance and key performance indicators and

d) the respect of professional safety standards and best practices.

• Act as the point of contact for the client representative on site and answers to their inquiries and concerns timely. Inquiries should also be reported to Operations management in office.
• Responsible for identifying new project opportunities on-site (organic growth).
• Monitor and manage the activities of Accounts Associates.
• Render such other duties and services that may be assigned from time to time.
