Description

Social Media Management

  • Able to maintain editorial calendars
  • Able to develop effective social media strategies.
  • Review and optimize the company website and social media pages
  • Schedule posts at various times to increase its visibility
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator and International Marketing Manager to analyze social media data
  • Able to work in a competitive environment and manage strict deadlines.

Content Creation

  • Able to plan and develop content that is SEO-driven and catches the audience's attention.
  • Able to create and design social media content using various design tools.
  • Ensure that the content generated adheres to our style guides and the industry standards at all times.
  • Plan and create content for online channels
  • Develop effective strategies for driving and increasing online traffic
  • Develop and share various social media content like graphics, videos, and other forms of content
  • Create attractive social media posts to catch the audience's attention

Research and Improvements

  • Able to conduct in-depth research and analyze the performance of online content
  • Conduct in-depth social media research and maintain a report of the same
  • Measure and monitor KPIs
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • +2 years experience in Social Media Management
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Assistant, Social Media Executive, or a similar role in the Marketing department
  • Understanding of Social media principles and best practices
  • Capacity to work independently and in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail orientated
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEOWorkers Analysis Tool
  • Knowledge of social media design tools like Canva
  • Highly creative and motivated individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines
  • Experience in dealing with issues that can be complex
  • Dealing with a wide variety of people
  • Experience in Office 365 programs (Word/Outlook)
  • Experience in SharePoint and Teams
