Description
- Address and solve customer inquiries related to software problems through online and phone channels, delivering top-notch customer support.
- Manage and assess numerous inquiries from diverse clients, giving priority to each one
- Design and optimize database schema for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Perform database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, and security management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Create and deliver product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in database management systems.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator, Database Developer, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL programming and database management systems such as MySQL or SQL Server.
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, File Server
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).
- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in using computers and modern online applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, especially in a technical setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
