Position title

Software Support Specialist

  • Address and solve customer inquiries related to software problems through online and phone channels, delivering top-notch customer support.
  • Manage and assess numerous inquiries from diverse clients, giving priority to each one
  • Design and optimize database schema for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Perform database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, and security management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and deliver product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in database management systems.
  • Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Database Administrator, Database Developer, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming and database management systems such as MySQL or SQL Server.
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, File Server
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using computers and modern online applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, especially in a technical setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
