Description
Account Management
- Handle higher tier accounts & build strategic relationship with SMB partner merchants based on trust and respect
- Communicate with partners to understand their needs and explain partnership value
- Grow partners’ business and revenue through offering marketing promos and expansion.
- Identify and understand partners’ business needs to be able to customize Grab product
offerings. - Recommend to partners various Grab products and services to further create partnership value.
- Assist in collection efforts as part of business compliance.
- Keep accurate and updated records of account related information.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Identify industry trends and conduct competitive intelligence initiatives.
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the partner experience.
Client Management
- Participates in various meeting, with clients and merchant partners.
- Liaises with clients, and merchant partners on project concerns.
- Creates and submit necessary reports to clients
- Engages into regular field work to check on daily operations
Performance Management
- Oversee team productivity
- Performance monitoring of all AME’s and Merchant Support
- Regular coaching and conducting performance evaluation as necessary
- Creates processes to streamline inter-team processes
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the same capacity
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder.
