Qualifications
- Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety standards, customer service principles, and financial management.
- Proficiency in computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
